Villa Luisa is a cozy Florida style vacation home located in a quiet yet convenient location in NW Cape Coral near the Coral Oaks Golf Course. As soon as you step through the front door, you will be impressed by the tastefully decorated living room with comfortable couches and a TV and the direct view of the lanai and electric heated pool seen through the glass sliding doors.
The fully furnished kitchen features modern appliances and a convenient breakfast bar. A lovely dining area is near the kitchen and offers a great view of the lanai and pool area.
The split floor plan assures privacy. The attractively furnished master suite is located on one side of the home and offers a Queen-size bed. The other two beautiful bedrooms are located on the opposite side. One has a Queen-size bed, and the other has two Twin-size beds.
You will have a great time relaxing in this budget-friendly Cape Coral vacation home. A large shopping center, grocery stores, and many different restaurants are all within a five to ten minutes’ drive. And finally, the Coral Oaks Golf Course is only about 7-8 minutes away.

We were very satisfied with Villa Luisa ★★★★★. The check in was without complications. With a code we could also check in at the middle of the night. The house has two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, the beds were good for sleeping. We particularly liked the outdoor area with the pool and the grill. Beach towels, beach bag and coolers are also available. Also a beach umbrella and beach toys for little guests! Thank you again to the team of Villa Luisa- you do a good job!

We had a great time in Cape Coral and we liked Villa Luisa very much! A little bit "outside" but that didn"t matter at all because you need a car anyway if you want to look around. The pool was the childrens favorite, so I definitly don"t regret renting a poolhouse. First time I rented a house on our vacation to Usa, and I"m happy I did! Thank you very much for your service and I"ll recommend you to others that are going visiting Florida and Cape Coral! ★ ★ ★ ★
