The minute you enter this beautifully decorated Cape Coral vacation home, you will feel a sense of relaxation. This home is ideally suited for a larger family or couples with kids traveling together as it offers 3 spacious bedrooms, a den, 2 bathrooms, an electric heated pool, and an outdoor firepit.
Living Room/Family Room: The formal living room is furnished with comfortable couches and an impressive view of the lanai and pool through the wide double sliding glass doors. The separate large family room invites you to linger in front of the TV or enjoy a friendly chat with family. The large glass slider provides you direct access to the spacious lanai and pool area.
Dining Room: The dining room is located right off the front entry and offers seating for 8 guests.
Kitchen: Make all your meals in the fully equipped, updated kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with additional seating for 2.
Master Suite:The master bedroom is found off of the living room and features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the lanai through the sliders. The attached master bathroom suite includes a walk-in shower, as well as two separate vanities.
Guest Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The additional guest bedrooms are on the other side of the house, off the kitchen and dining room area. One bedroom offers a queen-size bed, and the other offers two twin-size beds. There is a den available equipped with a desk and a Murphy Bed for additional sleeping. They share the second bathroom, which has a shower/tub combination.
Lanai/Pool: Outside on the lanai, you will enjoy your own tropical retreat with lush mature tropical landscaping. The spacious lanai offers an electric heated pool. There is plenty of seating available, along with two sun loungers perfect for working on your Florida tan. Enjoy your cocktails poolside at the seating area around the electric firepit. You can also fire up the convenient gas grill and BBQ some steaks or burgers for an exciting family dinner. In addition, there is an outdoor firepit which will surely make you crave smores and bring out the kid in everyone. Or try your luck in a fun game of cornhole!
