It is beautifully renovated and ideally suited for a larger family or couples with kids traveling together. There are many charming quilts handmade by the owner throughout the home. It is in a quiet NE Cape Coral neighborhood with virtually equal distances to the famous Gulf islands Boca Grande off Port Charlotte and Sanibel Island/Fort Myers Beach. It is also close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers.

When entering the house, the open floor plan will give you a feeling of relaxation and space. The formal dining area is to the left of the entrance, featuring a modern dining set with seating for six.
 
Make all your meals in the fully equipped, updated kitchen. The kitchen offers plenty of counter space with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and even a margarita maker for some extra fun!
 
The master bedroom is found off the living room and features a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The attached master bathroom suite includes a soaking tub and walk-in shower, as well as a double-sink vanity.
 
The additional guest bedrooms are on the other side of the house for optimal privacy. One bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed, and the other offers two twin-size beds perfect for the kids! They both share the second bathroom, which has a shower/tub combination.
 
The living room is furnished with comfortable couches, one of which converts into a sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for a family movie night! From here, you have an impressive view of the lanai and pool through the wide sliding glass doors. The open floor plan allows everyone to enjoy each other's company, no matter what space you are using. If you're looking for a quiet place to read or enjoy your morning cup of coffee, the den area off the living room is perfect. In the den, you will find a desk and additional seating available to use for those who need to get some work done while away from home. Of course, there is high-speed internet and Wifi, allowing you to connect with the world with ease. There are plenty of board and card games to keep you and your loved ones entertained for hours!
