It is in the northwestern part of Cape Coral, virtually equal distances to the famous Gulf islands Boca Grande off Port Charlotte and Sanibel Island and Ft. Myers Beach off Cape Coral and Ft. Myers. From here, you have access to all the best beaches SW Florida has to offer. This lovely fenced vacation home boasts over 1,700 sqft and offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an electric heated pool. Perfectly suited for larger families or couples traveling together with childern.

Villa AliBonita has an open floor plan, keeping the master suite separate from the other two guest bedrooms. Upon entering the home, you will find a work area available with a desk for you to use to the left. Of course, there is high-speed internet and wireless WiFi available to allow you to connect with the world with ease. There is even a chest murphy bed available for use!

The large living room area with volume ceilings offers a sizeable ceiling fan, comfortable reclining sofas, and plenty of seating for a fun movie night. There is a large glass slider providing direct access to the large lanai and pool area.

The fully outfitted spacious kitchen, with granite countertops and an integrated breakfast bar, leaves nothing to be desired. The breakfast bar offers seating for three, which is excellent for a quick breakfast or brunch. Adjacent is a dining area, which seats six for your family dinner.

The spacious master bedroom has a King-size bed, TV, and a view of the pool through the private glass sliders. The ensuite master bathroom has dual sinks and a spacious walk-in shower.

The guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home. One is furnished with a cozy queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, and a flat-screen tv. The second offers a Full-over-Full bunk bed that also includes a Twin-sized trundle and a flat-screen TV. There is even a pack n’ play,crib and highchair available for children. Both rooms share the guest bathroom with a traditional shower/tub combination.

As you enter the lanai, you’ll find poolside dining available for seating up to six, two sun loungers, and of course, the electric heated pool. There is a baby fence for the pool area available for tenant use. While enjoying the tranquil atmosphere, relax or fire up the grill in the separate outside dining area and BBQ some great steaks for dinner. Better yet, work on your Florida tan on the available sun loungers.
