This traditional 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home has a split floor plan on 2,296 sq. ft. living space is perfect for families up to 8 people or for a group of friends. Conveniently located it takes only a short 5 minute drive to a variety of restaurants, bars, shopping centers, etc., and only about 10 minutes to get to the Tarpon Point Marina, or the lovely Spanish style Cape Harbor Luxury Yacht Marina with their beautiful boutiques, bars and restaurants, the Cape Coral Beach at the Yacht Club, or to the nearest 3 of our 8 local golf courses.Living Room: From the wide-open living room with the comfortable couch/love seat arrangement, and flat screen TV you have access through two large French doors to the full width lanai with the heated pool and spa overlooking the Gulf access canal. Next to the dining area is a cozy reading area for those who want to step away from the action reading a favorite book or just sipping a glass of wine or cocktail.
Kitchen/Dining Room: The fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes modern appliances, a kitchen island and has everything to prepare full meals or party snacks. A convenient breakfast bar and breakfast corner are perfect for a "breakfast in a hurry". The separate dining area in the front section of the house is providing the right ambience for formal dining.
Master Bedroom/Bathroom: The master suite features a King-size bed and TV, and a roomy master bath that offers a soaking tub and shower.
Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Two guest rooms have Queen-size beds and the den has a Queen Sleeper couch and a desk. They share the other two bathrooms, one of which can also be accessed from the lanai.
Pool/Lanai/Dock: Enjoy the great waterfront view from the sundeck, or from the screened lanai area while having a good time in the electric heated pool and spa. When you stay at Villa Palm View all your accumulated stress will melt away. The lanai features also a gas grill and a round umbrella table for exciting BBQ dinners under the star-spangled sky of Florida.
