Kitchen/Dining Room: The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a Keurig and is fully equipped with everything you will need to create wonderful meals for your friends and loved ones. The dining area has a lovely view of the pool and has room for six.
Master Bedroom/Bathroom: The spacious Master Suite features a King-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The luxurious master bath offers a large soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, and double vanity sinks. A roomy walk-in closet is perfect for all your wardrobe and shopping treasures, and a glass sliding door giving you direct access to the pool area.
Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: The two guest bedrooms are located on the other side of the home for added privacy. The first bedroom features a Queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV, while the second bedroom has 2 Full-size beds with board games available for hours of entertainment. Both guest bedrooms share the guest bath, which has a traditional shower/tub combination.
Lanai/Pool: Outside, enjoy your very own tropical oasis with a privacy fence, a propane grill, and an electric heated pool. There is plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the Florida sun. There are also bicycles available for you to be able to enjoy your surrounding area.
