Enjoy vacationing in your slice of paradise at Villa De Nona! This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom electric-heated, salt water pool home with over 2,400 sqft sits on a Gulf Access canal. Located in the coveted SE area of Cape Coral conveniently near a variety of shopping centers, restaurants, golf courses, airports, and beaches. This villa is ideal for guests who want beautiful Florida living and relaxation in a quiet neighborhood and is perfect for a large family or group of friends as it can accommodate up to 8 people. This home also comes with kayaks and bicycles for the family, and a booster seat and a pack & play for the littles!
Living Room: The open concept floor plan allows the whole family to be together, whatever you may be doing. The living room offers a comfortable leather sectional sofa and a large flat-screen TV with access to sliders leading out to the lanai area. There is also a separate family room with a love seat and flat-screen TV along with a PlayStation, games, and books available. There are two carbon monoxide detectors installed in the home.
Dining Room: The dining area has seating for 8 guests and is located off of the kitchen. Don't forget the game room area! Equipped with a pool table and flat-screen TV, you'll be able to entertain your family and friends for hours.
Kitchen: The kitchen has everything necessary to prepare delicious meals for your friends and loved ones. There is an integrated breakfast bar with additional seating - perfect for a quick snack. There is a traditional coffee maker available.
Master Suite: The spacious master bedroom suite features a king-size bed and flat-screen TV with sliders that allow you to have a view of the pool and canal as you wake up each morning. The master bathroom offers a walk-in shower, dual-sink vanity, and a separate sitting area with vanity.
Guest Bedrooms & Bathrooms: There are three additional guest bedrooms: One with a king-size bed, one with a queen-size bed, and the third with a twin-over-full bunk bed. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV. The guest bedrooms share the second bathroom, which offers a single-sink vanity and tub/shower combination. There is a half-bathroom available that doubles as the pool bath.
Lanai/Pool/Dock: You will no doubt spend most of your time by the pool! The pool area is private and relaxing, making day or night outdoor lounging a bliss with a beautiful water views. The spacious lanai offers an electric-heated salt water pool with Western exposure. You have plenty of seating available! There is poolside dining with room for 4 guests, and additional seating around the pool. There are also sun loungers available at the dock. The propane grill is available for you to use during your stay. This house is perfect for families, as it offers 4 bicycles for peaceful rides around the neighborhood, as well as a whopping 5 kayaks and kayak launch. Or simply enjoy the wonderful wildlife of different waterfowl and birds that are always playing in the water.
