This 3-bedroom 2.5-bathroom home is perfectly located in the coveted SW Cape on Thunderbird Lake with eastern exposure where you will see gorgeous sunrises. There are also a variety of shops, golf courses, airports, and beaches within a short drive. You're also a quick drive over the bridge to historic Fort Myers and the famous SWFL beaches such as Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Islands. Please note, the boat lift is not available for guests.

Living Room: The living room offers ample seating and a flat screen tv.
Dining Room: Located off of the kitchen, you will find a dining table with seating for six.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen offers anything you could need, featuring an island, granite countertops, dinette table & chairs and stainless-steel appliances.
Primary Bedroom/Bathroom: This retreat offers a king-size bed, desk, flat screen tv and slider that leads out to the pool area. The en-suite primary bathroom offers a walk-in shower and dual vanity.
Guest Bedrooms: One of the guest bedrooms offers a queen-size bed and the other has 2-twin size beds both with a flatscreen tv.
Guest Bathrooms: The full guest bathroom is also a pool bath with a shower/tub combo. The half bath is located off of the living room.
Lanai/Pool: Outside on the lanai, enjoy your own private retreat with peaceful sunrise views, featuring a screened-in, solar and electric heated pool, plenty of space for relaxing or entertaining, a BBQ grill, flat-screen TV, and access to the dock. Pool depth ranges approximately from 3’ to 6’.
