This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom two-story home is located on a Gulf Access canal in the coveted SW area of Cape Coral. You are a quick drive away from downtown Cape Coral with all its shopping and restaurants, as well as the bridge to Fort Myers. Villa Elizabeth is perfect for families, sleeping 7 guests in beds plus 2 additional guests in the upstairs den on the sleeper sofa.
Living Room/Den: The spacious living room is open to the dining area and kitchen and offers a large sectional sofa with reclining end seats and a flat-screen TV. You have the beautiful views of the pool and canal from the slider doors. The den is located on the second floor and offers a sleeper sofa and another flat-screen TV. There is also a balcony with additional seating that overlooks the pool and canal.
Dining Room: The dining room area is located between the kitchen and living room and also has views of the pool and water through additional sliders. It has space for four guests.
Kitchen: The fully-equipped kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances. There is a desk area as well for those who may need to get some work done while away from home. There is a traditional coffee maker available.
Master Bedroom & Bathroom: The master suite is located on the first floor off of the living room and offers a king-sized bed and flat-screen TV. There are private sliders leading to the pool area from here as well. The attached master bathroom features a double-sink vanity, oversized tub and shower.
Guest Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Both guest bedrooms are located on the second floor. The first offers a king-sized bed, and the second offers a twin over full-sized bunk bed with a flat-screen TV. They both share the second bathroom, which is upstairs as well and offers a soaking tub and shower. The third bathroom is located off of the pool area.
Lanai/Pool/Dock: The pool area has beautiful Eastern exposure, which will give you views of the Florida sunrises (if you're an early bird!) The pool is electric-heated. There is a dining area with seating for six as well as a propane grill available for making your meals poolside. There is an additional seating area as well as sun loungers available for you to work on that tan! Head down to the dock to catch a glimpse of the Florida wildlife that lives in the famous Cape Coral canal system.
