Villa Zoey is in a quiet neighborhood in the center of SE Cape Coral. It is conveniently located near a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and shopping centers. In addition, there is easy access to downtown Ft Myers, Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva Island, and the Airport.

Upon entering through the double front doors, you are greeted with an open floor plan and vaulted ceilings. To the right, you will find the living room where you can enjoy your favorite movies on the flat-screen TV, plush sofas, and chairs.
 
Catch up on your reading in the family room, located upstairs. You can curl up on one of the many couches to watch some TV. If board games are more to your liking, you'll find all the classics here. Then, at night's end, retire into the comforts of your private room. The family room also features a breakfast nook with additional seating for four.

They share the second bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The last guest bathroom has a large walk-in shower.
 
The lanai and pool area is spacious, with plenty of room for sunbathing, entertaining and relaxing, making day or night outdoor lounging a bliss.
