We just spent 4 days at this property and we really enjoyed it. We were 2 families of 4 and a dog and have plenty of room for everyone. While the house was built in the 90s, the interior is nicely upgraded. The kitchen was well equipped and the BBQ was very nice and clean. Being on the canal was great and the pool was heated for day and night enjoyment. Management company was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Would definitely stay here again when we come back. - R.L.

What a fabulous home! Well maintained, remarkably clean and tastefully furnished. Extremely quiet and tranquil home on the waterway....conveniently located near Fort Myers airport. Many restaurants, grocery stores and beaches close by. The pool was super clean and perfect for day and night time use. Great supply of towels, sheets and well stocked kitchen with instructions on how to use everything. This home is perfect for families, friends and couples. We will definitely be returning to Villa Victoria! - J & J
