Villa Tilly is a completely renovated home in the coveted SW area of Cape Coral. Located on a Gulf Access canal and offering 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and almost 2,000 square feet with an open floor plan, this home is perfect for your Florida getaway.
Through the front doors, you are greeted with the vaulted ceilings and bamboo floors of the living room. Off to the side of the entrance, there is a sitting area, perfect for reading a book while watching the sun rise.
The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and plenty of room for the family with multiple seating areas at the island, the breakfast bar and the formal dining. It has all the tools you’ll need to make Sunday brunch for you and your guests!
The master bedroom is located off the living room and offers a king-size bed and its own slider access to the lanai. The spa-like master bathroom suite features a double vanity and glass shower.
Villa Tilly’s split-floor plan leaves the two additional guest bedrooms located on the opposite side of the house to allow privacy for all. One guest bedroom has a king-size bed and sliders, allowing access to the lanai. The third bedroom features a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms share the second bathroom, which has a shower/tub combination.
The spot that everyone will be spending their time in, of course, is the spacious lanai, featuring a solar heated pool with sundeck. With plenty of seating for all, it will be the favorite area for everyone! There are bikes and a kayak available for use as well.

The house is exactly as pictured and beyond our expectations. SWFL group was very responsive to the only need we had. The pool and lanai were great and we got along pretty good with just the solar heat for the pool. The kitchen is very well stocked and met all of our needs.
