Villa Sun Daze: Welcome to your home in paradise! Villa Sun Daze is the perfect retreat to relax and help you destress from your everyday life. This home is in the desirable Southwest of Cape Coral and just minutes away from shopping, restaurants and of course, the beautiful beaches of southwest Florida.
This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home has a vaulted ceiling living room and an open floor plan which allows for fun family gatherings. In the morning after you wake up make your own breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen that has all the amenities of being at home. You can sit with your coffee on the lanai at the outside sitting area, or better yet, lounge away in the lounge chairs by the pool and enjoy the sun as it warms you. Take a dip in the oversized L-shape pool and enjoy this special Florida feeling. As the lanai has a western orientation be prepared for those memorable Florida sunsets.
The master bedroom as well as the first guest bedroom are furnished with a King beds. The second guest bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds. You can relax at any of the rooms in this home and watch TV, as there are 4 TV’s available, or sit back with your iPad and enjoy the Free Wi-Fi. There is an oversized sectional couch in the Livingroom area. An additional pull-out sofa is available in the second living area for an extra family member or a friend to join you on the best vacation yet!
The beautiful Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, and Bonita beaches are just a 25-35-minute drive over the bridges. Don’t forget to have your camera ready as you will be making many great memories here. Not only can you find some of the world’s best shells on our white beaches, but you while exploring the shallow and warm Gulf waters you may find things like live sand dollars, schools of fish, and even see a group of dolphins splashing about in the waves.

The house was very clean, fully supplied with things you would and would not expect. The pool and property are very well maintained!! All bedrooms slept very comfortably. The sleeper sofa needs an upgrade it is sufficient for children but I would not recommend it for adults.
The house is well located and there is plenty of local shopping and eateries. It is 30 mins from the Fort Myers Airport. There are many local beaches and plenty to do!!!

We had an awesome stay at Villa Sun Daze! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★
Since this was our first time doing vrbo we were unsure what to expect, but our expectations were met and beyond.
We arrived a day early and were able to access our home after a brief email with swfl realty. They were super to work with, someone met us the next morning and went over the house with us. We had a couple small concerns which were met with promptly.
The rest was all very excellent. We spent the month in the house with no problems at all. When we did have any small concern they were dealt with immediately. The house was very nicely appointed with an abundance of amenities. Plenty of towels, both pool and bath, lots of linens, and everything you could need in the kitchen and other rooms. The pool area was private and the pool was awesome. We cooked many meals on the grill and ate on the lanai.
I wish we could have stayed longer as we came home to -28C (-18F)weather, oh well, maybe next year!
We will definetly look at renting this property again if we decide to visit Cape Coral. Oh, it is also in a perfect location, a quiet neighborhood only minutes from shopping and restaurants. Very pleased customers. - B & D

Our family stayed in the home while in the area for a baseball tournament. The home was convenient to multiple fields around the Fort Myers area. The kitchen was well stocked to cook and grill. The pool was a welcome break from the heat. House was clean, beds were comfortable and layout of home provided plenty of space for everyone. Neighborhood was very quiet. If our travels bring us back to the Fort Myers area, we will definitely check on the availability of this home. - A.B.

Our vacation in Cape Coral as well as the vacation home were wonderful ★ ★ ★ ★ ★.
The house has lots of space and is tastefully and lovingly furnished. It had everything we needed. Every room was clean. After our arrival Frank checked us in and explained the house and the area in depth. He really is a nice and knowledgeable guy.
The grill was great and the pool is huge.Everything was great. But we would recommend on thing: a fire extinguisher, as a gas grill can be a dangerous toy. In any case, we will return to Cape Coral 😊 - L & R
