Guest Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The first guest bedroom features a queen-size bed, and flat-screen TV. The second guest bedroom offers two twin-size beds and a flat-screen TV. The guest bedrooms share the second bathroom with a single-sink vanity and tub/shower combination available.
Lanai/Pool/Dock: You will no doubt spend most of your time by the pool! Villa Ronica features an electric-and-solar-heated pool with Southern exposure. You have plenty of seating available as the newly renovated cage spans the length of the home! There is a dining table with room for 4 guests. There are also sun loungers to sit by the pool. The propane grill is available for you to use during your stay. You won't even have to miss your favorite shows, as there is a TV on the lanai available as well. If you're feeling adventurous, take a ride through the neighborhood on the adult bikes available.
