Welcome to Villa Peyton. This gorgeous waterfront home is perfect for a fun Florida getaway! This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is great for a group of couples or a family. This ideal location in southwest Cape Coral is just a short distance from a variety of restaurants, shopping centers, bars, and grocery stores. The Cape Harbor is only a 10-minute drive; be sure to check out the Farmers Market in the summer and local music during the fall.
 
The minute you enter this beautifully decorated Cape Coral vacation villa, you will feel right at home. The spacious living room offers comfortable reclining sofas and a flat-screen TV, perfect for a movie night. There is also a desk available to use for those who need to get some work done while away from home.  Of course, there is high-speed internet and wireless WiFi available to allow you to connect with the world with ease. The dining area is adjacent- it offers comfortable seating for up to six. From here you have a lovely view of the canal and pool area.
 
The kitchen opens to the large family room, partially partitioned by a breakfast bar, allowing the family chef to be included in all the family activities while preparing the meals. The family room invites you to linger in front of the flat-screen TV or enjoy a nice chat with friends and family with a comfortable seating arrangement. In addition, there is a cozy breakfast nook that provides the perfect setting for you to have your morning coffee.
 
The master bedroom suite features a King-size bed and a flat-screen TV. Enjoy the view of the pool through the large glass sliders. The attached master bathroom features a large walk-in shower.

The guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home for added privacy. The second guest bedroom features a cozy Queen-sized bed and glass sliders that provide you direct access to the spacious lanai and pool area.  The third bedroom is perfect for the kids as it features a full-sized daybed with a trundle. There are also plenty of games and books to keep them entertained for hours! The guest bedrooms share the second bath with a tub/shower combination. This bathroom gives great access to the entire house and features a pool door for ease of use to the pool and lanai.
