Welcome to Villa Nina! This lovely vacation villa boasts almost 2,300 sq. ft. in an open-concept floor plan. The villa features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, ideal for larger families or couples traveling together as it can accommodate up to 8 people. It is conveniently located in the popular SW area of Cape Coral, with plenty of parks, shopping centers, and dining nearby. Close by is Sunsplash Family Waterpark, a family-friendly waterpark that offers 14 acres of aquatic fun, water slides, a lazy river, and a toddler section. If you want to get out and do a little adventuring, be sure to visit the Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve with a walking trail, visitor center, and seasonal kayak rentals just a few miles away.
 
Upon entering the double door entry, you will find the open floor plan very inviting as it combines the kitchen, living room, and dining room into one ample space. To the left of the entrance, you will find the dining area with a modern dining set offering seating for six.
 
The master bedroom is found off the living room and features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, a roomy walk-in closet, and private access to the lanai through the glass sliders.
