Welcome to Villa Nina! This lovely vacation villa boasts almost 2,300 sq. ft. in an open-concept floor plan. The villa features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, ideal for larger families or couples traveling together as it can accommodate up to 8 people. It is conveniently located in the popular SW area of Cape Coral, with plenty of parks, shopping centers, and dining nearby. Close by is Sunsplash Family Waterpark, a family-friendly waterpark that offers 14 acres of aquatic fun, water slides, a lazy river, and a toddler section. If you want to get out and do a little adventuring, be sure to visit the Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve with a walking trail, visitor center, and seasonal kayak rentals just a few miles away.Living Room: The large living room area with volume ceilings offers a sizeable ceiling fan with an oversized, plush sectional sofa and a flat-screen TV where you can kick back and stream a movie or watch your favorite shows.
Kitchen/Dining Room: Make all your meals for your family and loved ones in the fully equipped kitchen, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an integrated breakfast bar which is excellent for a quick breakfast or brunch. Adjacent is a breakfast nook with additional seating. To the left of the entrance, you will find the dining area with a modern dining set offering seating for six.
Master Bedroom/Bathroom: The master bedroom is found off the living room and features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, a roomy walk-in closet, and private access to the lanai through the glass sliders. In addition, there is a lovely sitting area available for you to enjoy your morning coffee. The attached master bathroom suite includes a soaking tub and walk-in shower, bidet, as well as a double-sink vanity.
