We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Nicola!! The house was very nice however the bathrooms could use some updating. The pool and dock overlooking the canal were great. The pool temperature was warm right when we arrived so we could swim immediately. The SWFL staff were great and helped us with anything we needed. We would definitely recommend this property to future renters!! - K.B.

The property is situated in a beautifully developed canal neighborhood. The house is very comfortable with all necessary amenities. A variety of grocery stores, shops and restuaraunts are just minutes away. The screened in pool and dock are perfect for safe social distancing activities. We were able to rent a boat and cruise the canals as well as take to the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico for dolphin watching and swimming at Sanibel Island. The accomodations were great for our 10 yo twins, 16 yo son and our 5lb Yorkie. It was definitely like a home away from home. - S.B.

Cape Coral, generally, is a beautiful and quiet spot to relax with great access to all the FL Gulf Coast has to offer including an easy ride to friends in Naples. Villa Niccola was the perfect size for our family of 4 with beautiful property, interior appointments (photos very accurate) in a well maintained home. Very comfortable with all the amenities for a great stay. SWFL Rentals was there to attend to any issues (the cable TV was being reset upon arrival) and for welcomed recommendations for local activities. The pool was clean and temperate for the cool January days. Hanging out and eating at the dockside table was delightful. No real issues - perhaps some more up-to-date TV tech and a few more board games would be nice but we were there to enjoy the outside more than hang inside! Kitchen was fine with everything in good working order. The fridge door forms a terrific suction so needed a good tug to open. Hardly a compliant... Hated leaving and would definitely consider re-renting if returning to the area. - K.S.

The home is located in a desirable part of Cape Coral, with canal access, and the view each day was terrific. Also, the home is well stocked, beyond the norm of a home rental. We were looking for a quiet place to relax, swim, and fish. This is it! The dock is very nice!! We enjoyed sitting out there at night. The pool is heated and was great! My mother enjoyed the covered patio by the pool. Lots of nice seating areas. Yes! I would gladly stay here again!! Highly recommended!! - L.T.

This was my first time using VRBO & would do it again in a heart beat. Our Villa was perfect. It had everything that we needed. We enjoyed the pool so much & the loungers provided good naps. This is a great house with all the amenities you need for your Cape Coral stay. The pool is large and heated and the house has space for six comfortably, with ample seating outside for enjoying the beautiful view of the canal. The deck over the canal is relaxing and another benefit. - D.V.

We recently stayed in your Niccola villa, it was a great vacation but we had to leave about 2am on friday 18th August as we had an early morning flight home out of Tampa. Because it was early in the morning we forgot to fill out the evaluation form which Anne gave us. We have no complaints at all and will be looking to use your company in the coming years again. Many thanks from us and we hope you found the villa as you would have expected. We did leave some bait and food in the freezer as it was not garbage day as we were instructed to do so. We loved Villa Niccola. We ate in most meals and everything we needed to prepare meals was at our fingertips. The only thing missing was a  wine stopper so we just used the small wooden handle pizza cutter as a stopper. It looked pretty cool. Move over fancy stoppers! The house was very clean except I cleaned out the washer drawer where you put detergent.  The kids and I had a little office work to do and the wireless printer was a real asset. We washed and dried the master sheets and stripped the beds before we left. We ran the sweeper although there wasn"t much to sweep. It would be great if you listed that there is a Keurig coffee maker so that folks would bring the right kind of coffee when they arrive. We probably will contact you to rent again next summer as the house was perfect. - J.D.

We have spent wonderful days in Cape Coral. There were no complaints; Check-in and out with Frank was totally uncomplicated. Villa Niccola has a great location, was very neat and clean. We felt very safe. Of course yes, it has its price! The kitchen furnishing left something to be desired; Porcelain etc. But it"s a vacation time... We are long-standing Florida/Cape Coral visitors in April/May and November. Will certainly make plans for the coming year. - D.B.

Just now getting the opportunity to sit down and provide some feedback on our recent stay at Villa Niccola. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay at Niccola, it is very nice setting.  We particularly enjoyed the fairly private lanai and deep pool and the house was very well appointed.  We had rented Villa Milano from SWFL last year and we plan to rent from SWFL again in the future. Our experience with Villa Niccola and SWFL rentals was an excellent one.  The property was excellent and very well appointed for all the conveniences that short and long term renters would expect.  The location is very convenient to shopping and the view at the property is spectacular. In fact, we had no intentions of living in Cape Coral but after living here for a week we chose the Cape as our new home destination. Everyone at SWFL rentals is very professional, courteous and responsive.  Whenever we needed help they responded quickly and took care of the problem.
