We warmly welcome you to Villa Nellie. This beautiful off-water pool home is located in a great SW Cape Coral neighborhood and boasts 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, enough to accommodate a party of 8. Villa Nellie is near many restaurants and shopping centers. There is a high chair and pack ’n play available for tenant use for families with smaller children.
Upon entering, you will find the formal dining area with seating for up to six. This area also serves as a gaming area as the table also converts into a poker table.
The living room is comfortably furnished and has a large glass slider for the best indoor/outdoor atmosphere and view of the pool and spa. There are also games available for the perfect game night.
The kitchen has granite countertops, a Keurig coffee maker and is fully equipped with everything you could need to prepare lovely meals for your friends and loved ones. There is an adjacent breakfast nook with seating for up to four and a breakfast bar available with additional seating for two, ideal for brunch or a quick snack.
The master bedroom is located on the left side of the home and is furnished with a lovely Queen-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and a large walk-in closet, which will accommodate your wardrobe and all of your shopping treasures. The master ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a fantastic soaking tub.
The three guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home and have flat-screen TVs in each. Two of the guest bedrooms are furnished with lovely Queen-sized beds, while the third bedroom offers a Twin-over-Twin bunk bed, which is perfect for the kids. The two guest bathrooms are conveniently located by the guest bedrooms, one has a spacious walk-in shower, and the other has a traditional shower/tub combination.
The spacious lanai offers a wonderful outdoor space with poolside dining available and a separate lounge perfect for entertaining or just sitting back and relaxing. The pool is heated by either a solar or electric heater according to your choice! The relaxing spa area will heat to the temperature as the pool (not separately heated). There is a propane grill available to grill up your perfect steak or burgers.
