It is located in a popular area of Cape Coral near many restaurants and shopping centers. This Gulf access home boasts 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms suitable for accommodating a party of up to 8 people.
Immediately upon entering this villa, you are greeted with vaulted ceilings and a formal living room. This provides you a perfect area to curl up with your favorite read or enjoy your morning coffee as you gaze out the large glass slider with a view of the canal and pool. To the left, there is a formal dining area with seating for up to six.
To the right is the master bedroom, which has a luxurious King-size bed, an ample walk-in closet, a private ensuite bathroom, and beautiful french doors with private access to the pool and lanai. The master bathroom has double vanity sinks, a large soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.
The two guest bedrooms located on the opposite side of the home are furnished with comfortable Queen-size beds. The other guest bedroom located off the living room has 2 Twin-size beds. An excellent area for the kids to sleep! All guest bedrooms share the guest bathroom, which has a traditional shower/tub combination.
The large kitchen has an island, is fully equipped, and offers plenty of counter space for you to prepare wonderful meals for your loved ones and friends. The living room has an idyllic view of the canal and is furnished with comfortable reclining sofas and a flat-screen TV. Perfect for enjoying a movie night. Wireless internet is provided, allowing you to connect with the world with ease. There is a large glass slider with easy access to the spacious lanai.
The home has southern rear exposure providing you all day sunshine to relax by the electric heated pool. A beautiful screened-in lanai allows you to enjoy the pleasant atmosphere with plenty of seating outdoors, an outdoor shower, and a pool bath. Guests also have use of the private boat dock. If you're feeling adventurous, use the two kayaks available to take a ride down the canals. There are even four bicycles avaiable to explore the wodnerful neighborhood. We spent most of our time on the beach, enjoying the waves and sun. Beautiful weather the entire trip! We stopped at Bimini Bait Shack Restaurant for a Fathers" Day dinner - very tasty food! We had a wonderful stay here! A beautiful home and beautiful beach. We enjoyed the great weather that we were blessed with during our trip. Most days meant early-morning fishing before spending the rest of the day on the beach. The house was the perfect size for all of us. No complaints to be had. Thank you for a wonderful stay! - D.R.

This was the perfect weekend getaway. Beautiful home! Went to Fort Myers Beach, delicious Salty Crab restaurant. Visited the market and a boat ride over to have lunch. Our stay was awesome. Definitely need to come back - longer next time! - D.R.

We loved half-price pool tables on Tuesday at Rack Em. "Dancing in the Street" on Wednesdays at Cork Soakers. Line dancing at Dixie. Drive to Sanibel Island to bike ride. Drive to Fort Myers Beach (park in Time Square and go early to beat traffic). So many restaurants. Best is just hanging here in the pool or kayak. Thank you for such a clean place. We had some friends and family stay in for visits and had a great time dining out or cooking in. Watching the sunset on the dock was so comforting and beautiful! The beds were very comfortable and the shower has great pressure. Will definitely be back! - L.R.

Our favorite memory was the Cape Coral Farmers Market on Saturdays 8AM-1PM. Parasailing at Fort Myers Beach. Karaoke at Back Street Bar in Cape Coral. Happy Hour at the Boat House in Cape Coral. Had a great time staying here. Will definitely come back. House has everything we needed plus it was very clean. So much to do - too little time. - K&K

Your house was so clean and beautiful when we walked in. Please let your cleaning crew know that. We have already rented your property for next year. The only thing I can recommend is all the knives are very dull. Tried to sharpen them and they still were. We bought a small set that we will leave here for you. Just spend a week in Heaven! This 4 bedroom 2 &1/2 bathroom house is absolutely gorgeous! The place is very clean and spacious, with plenty of open space to enjoy.
