Villa Maria is a cozy place for your Florida getaway. This vacation villa is conveniently located on the corner of Santa Barbara Blvd and 40th Street in SE Cape Coral on a Gulf Access canal. This traditional Florida-style 3-bedroom, 2 bath pool home has recently been remodeled. This split bedroom floor plan on 1,472 sqft living space is perfect for families or a group of friends. Villa Maria is only a short 5-minute drive to various restaurants, bars, shopping centers, and only 10 minutes from Tarpon Point Marina.
Upon entering, you will find the living room to your left with comfortable couches, bay windows, and flat-screen TV, perfect for family movie nights. The open floor plan also allows easy access to the dining area with seating for six.
The galley style kitchen is fully equipped with newer appliances, granite countertops, a wine cooler, and offers plenty of counter space to prepare your meals. There is a lovely island that provides additional seating and is perfect for a quick breakfast or brunch.
The master bedroom has a peaceful Queen-sized bed, flat-screen TV, ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a traditional tub and shower combination, and a spacious walk-in closet for your wardrobe and your shopping treasures.
The two guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home, adding extra privacy. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a Queen-sized bed and flat-screen TV. The other bedroom features a bunk bed with a Queen-sized mattress over a twin mattress, ideal for the children. There are even books and games to keep them entertained.
The sliding glass door provides access to the spacious screened-in lanai, where you will find yourself wanting to spend most of your time. There is a privacy fence, lush landscaping, and plenty of comfortable seating to spend quality time with your family and friends. Feel free to use the propane grill for unforgettable barbecue dinners. The electric heated pool has prime southern exposure for all-day sunshine.
Once you are done swimming, you can walk down to the dock where you can fish or enjoy a fantastic kayak ride, or you can enjoy exploring the neighborhood on the two bicycles provided.
