The office staff fantastic and email answers promptly. Everything throughout the reservation process was delivered as promised, even though the pandemic periods. The rental property clean, everything was as advertised and very relaxing. Maintenance did a fantastic job explaining and recommending area attractions and establishments. We already miss it! The house and property are beautiful and will be returning next year. We rented a boat for four days and each time we took the boat out we saw dolphins in the canal! We spent 95% of the time at the property itself in the pool or out on the water. The house is clean and property managers a phone call away! - D.B.

The AC was not working on the second day and the property manager showed up within minutes and had the problems solved immediately great service. - C.H.

After finding a boat on Craigslist we left home and came here. We visited the Everglades, Sanibel Island, and mostly just enjoyed this house. We all swam a lot. We ate at three wonderful restaurants: Mudbugs, Ford"s Garage, and a cafe in Everglades City. Really hate to leave. Some folks wore masks here and there. Some businesses had shorter hours, but mostly life has returned to normal. - J.W.

This was a great home for my family of 7. With 5 kids aged 4 to 17, there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The pool and hot tub were perfect and the fishing from the dock at the house was the highlight for my kids! - J.M.

My husband and I both thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and everything was ready for our stay. A big help were there being pots, pans, cutlery, mixing bowls, coffee maker, spices and other small things that come in handy. It definitely makes a difference. The house is located in an ideal neighborhood; quiet, clean and near to lots of stores and restaurants...and close to Sanibel island and Fort Myers. We would definitely recommend. My friends and I took a long weekend away from the extreme cold of the midwest to enjoy some nice R&R in sunny Florida. This place was just the ticket. The pool, spa and patio were so perfect that we wound up never leaving the house except to get groceries. We were able to enjoy and relax every minute of our trip. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we need to cook meals. There were plenty of beach towels and linens. I would definitely recommend staying here. This beautiful home was what we needed. It s very elegant and  tastefully decorated.It was fully equiped with all what we needed to feel at home ★ ★ ★ ★ ★.

Our communication with your office was very easy and we always got a reply in a very short time. Your people that we met were very pleasant and professional. We needed help with operating the pool/spa and we got help even after hours:)

Very beautiful and peaceful ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has been one of the best vacations we had. The home is beautifully decorated and the view is amazing. We felt at home right away. The kitchen has all what is needed to cook and bake:)

If you have children, you can count on a huge kids room with bunk beds and a little front room with couch and TV so kids can watch while they are close to where you are in the family room. You have a 24hrs Walmart and a Publix very close by.If you are looking for peace and quiet, it is right what you need.

Made for a perfect family week-end, we loved the place. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place, great location in Cape Coral. House was clean, well equipped, plenty of room, very comfortable for everyone in our family. There were 8 of us, from 3 to 90 in age, and the house made for a great family 3 day week-end. Great pool and outdoor area, nice open kitchen/living/dining room that lent itself well to a gathering like ours. Would recommend this property to anyone, it worked out just great for us, and exceeded our expectations.

We could not have been more pleased with Villa Madison ★ ★ ★ ★ ★.  The entire stay was relaxing, fun, and just delightful. Dennis ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ was more then helpful during check in and check out, answering all of our questions perfectly and helping us with proper usage of the light switches, televisions, and fans.  We found the villa equipped with everything we could possibly need.  The binder that was left for us was invaluable .We will definitely be using SWFL Real Estate Services, LLC for any future housing needs.  Thank you again for approving us for this stay.  We could not be happier.

We had an amazing time at villa Madison! In the short time planning this vacation the team at SWFL rentals did an amazing job hooking us up with this villa. The Villa was very private backing on the lake with a heated pool and spa. The villa was very clean and private. We were very impressed and would recommend this villa over any hotel.
