Villa Liza is a completely renovated 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom vacation rental home located in the coveted SW area of Cape Coral. Here, you are minutes away from Downtown Cape Coral, where there are plenty of restaurants, shopping, and bars with live music. The perfect location for the group who likes to be out and about! There are 4 Bike Cruisers as well as a set of golf clubs for guest use.
Enter the double French doors, and you are greeted with the soft blue-grey hues of a modern beach house. Enjoy your shows on the flat-screen TV while relaxing on the sectional couch available in the living room. Just beyond that are the large sliders that give you a panoramic view of the spacious lanai and canal.
To the left of the entrance is the formal dining room, which has seating for six. There is more seating available in the breakfast nook with room for four, and an additional three seats available at the kitchen island. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and features stainless steel appliances.
The master bedroom is off the living room and features a King-sized bed and flat-screen TV. The master bathroom is attached and includes both an oversized tub and a walk-in shower stall, and a double-sink vanity.
The first guest bedroom features a King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and has its own slider with access to the lanai. The second guest room is a converted den and features two twin-sized beds, which is located on the same side of the house as the maters. The final guest room has a Queen-sized bed. All guest bedrooms share the second full bathroom that has a shower/tub combination.
The most popular spot of the house will no doubt be the spacious lanai with the electric-heated pool. Whether you want to soak up the sun and work on your tan, float in the pool, or relax on the outdoor couch to enjoy good company, this space has something for everyone! Cook your dinners poolside with the available propane grill and eat your meals outside at the dining table with room for six. As the lanai faces west, you will be able to enjoy the beautiful sunsets that Florida has to offer fully. There is also a half-bath with access from the lanai if needed.

We had a great time vacationing at this home. We were just planning a staycation away from home and this house provided everything we needed to just relax and enjoy our little family getaway. We spent a lot of time out in the lanai or out on the dock. Everything was clean and the furniture and beds were so comfortable. It was great to be able to take our dogs and they had lots of room to play inside and outside. I would definitely recommend this rental. The only negative was that we weren’t able to use the fire pit since it was broken the whole time we were up there. However, the property manager did come to the house quickly to assess the issue; it just wasn’t fixed in time for us to use it. - S.A.

The kitchen is beautiful and fully renovated! It opens to the main room which has an incredible view of the water! The bedrooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms are in great condition and the water pressure is perfect! We very much enjoyed the pool and patio - perfect for family time or just a couple’s get away. The location is ideal, as it is just a short drive or boat ride to restaurants and the Publix is right around the corner to get groceries and enjoy a cook out by the pool! Our favorite spot was the adorable patio/tiki bar area where we’d enjoy our morning coffee or evening cocktails! You really need to only pack clothes and move in to enjoy your weekend, the house comes with everything you need! We had a great time and highly recommend this property for your next trip! - I.A.
