Conveniently located in the popular SE area of Cape Coral, you are moments away from "Downtown" Cape Coral with many restaurants, bars, and shops. Don't forget the many beautiful gulf shore beaches, too! Venice, Bonita, Englewood, Marco Island, etc. are just within an hour's drive from Cape Coral.
 
Living Room & Family Room: The open floor plan is ideal for keeping everyone together as it combines the living room and dining room into one ample space. From here, you have an impressive view of the lanai and pool through the wide double sliding glass doors. If you're looking for a quiet place to read or enjoy your morning cup of coffee, the family room adjacent to the kitchen is perfect. There is a sofa that converts into a sleeper and an additional flat-screen TV. 

Dining Room: The dining area is located adjacent to the kitchen and offers seating for four. 

Kitchen: The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with anything you could need, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a panini maker. There is also a breakfast bar with additional seating, which is excellent for a quick breakfast or brunch.

Master Suite: The master bedroom is found off of the living room and features a King-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the lanai through the sliders. The attached master bathroom includes a walk-in shower, as well as a double-sink vanity.

Guest Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The additional guest bedrooms are on the other side of the house, off the kitchen and dining room area. One bedroom offers a King-size bed, and the other offers two Twin-size beds. They share the second bathroom, which has a shower/tub combination and two separate vanities.
 
Lanai/Pool/Dock: Enjoy your company on the spacious lanai, which offers an idyllic waterfront view. The pool is heated by either solar or electric, according to your choice! The pool also has the coveted Southern exposure for you to work on your Florida tan on the many loungers available (PLEASE NOTE: Hot Tub in photos is no longer available). Cook your meals on the propane grill, eat at the dining table by the pool and keep your drinks cool in the mini-fridge located on the lanai. You can even watch your favorite show on the large flat-screen TV for the comforts of the outdoors. The boat lift is available as well, which can accommodate boats up to 24' and 7,000 lbs.
 
After your meal, challenge your friends to a friendly game of bocce, lawn darts, ladder golf, badminton, or cornhole. The backyard is a fantastic backdrop. You can also play additional games indoors; you'll find all the classics such as Monopoly, Yahtzee, Uno, and many more. Feeling adventurous, try exploring the neighborhood on the bikes provided. If you are looking to enjoy the famous Florida sunsets, you can make your way down to the dock, where there is additional seating.
