Villa Karen is a beautiful 3-bedroom 2.5 bath home in the Southwest of Cape Coral on the spreader canal with direct gulf access canals. This home is a NO smoking home and does not allow events. Families are preferred. Pride in ownership is apparent in every detail of the house.

There is a guest bedroom at the front of the home with a Queen-size bed. The second guest bedroom is in the back of the house and has a Queen-size bed and access to the lanai. These two guest bedrooms share a guest bath with double sinks and a tub/shower combination.

The fully screened-in lanai has a large, electric heated pool and spa, an outdoor kitchen complete with a TV and outdoor speakers to enjoy music for days spent out on the spacious lanai. There are two dining areas located on the lanai. Four lounge chairs are ideally located to enjoy relaxing in the Florida sunshine. You will enjoy the view of the wide intersecting canal with mangroves located across the way in both directions. Many of Florida wildlife make their homes among these mangroves. There is also an outdoor shower and half bath for your convenience.

There are two bicycles in the garage for those who want to explore the surrounding neighborhood. This home is a 10-minute drive to the stores and restaurants of Cape Harbour, where you can enjoy waterfront dining at its best or browse the unique boutique stores.
