Villa Judy is a charming vacation villa with almost 1,700 sq. ft. living space on a beautifully maintained property with lush tropical landscaping. It is in a quiet neighborhood on a Gulf access canal. It's just a short ride to either downtown Cape Coral or the Del Prado Boulevard with their impressive variety of restaurants, bars, and shops.
This home has been decorated with a beach theme and offers plenty of natural light. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar that has room for three. From the formal dining area with seating for six, you will enjoy a view of the tropical front yard.
The Master Suite features a Queen-size bed and a master bath with a large walk-in shower. From the master suite, sliding doors open to the lanai/pool area. The two guest rooms feature a comfortable Queen-size bed in one and, in the other, a twin-size bed with a pull out trundle bed. Both guest rooms share the second bathroom.
The living room virtually extends into the lanai by opening the wide sliding doors, creating a roomy and airy feeling. For your entertainment, the living room offers a large flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray DVD player, as well as high-speed internet and WIFI.
Enjoy your very own private oasis in the lanai, which offers multiple seating areas for dining, sunbathing, or gathering for a relaxed conversation. Villa Judy is a wonderful home for a relaxing vacation! We particularly love the pool area. SWFL rentals are incredibly helpful and responsive. It was also a nice bonus having beach umbrellas, chairs, cooler, and fishing gear already in the house. - M.S.

We are a family of four, with two boys aged 7 and 16 and spent 8 nights in Villa Judy. The house was perfect size for us, and we greatly enjoyed the pool and pool area. As other renters have noted, the Internet connection is really slow (to the point of not being able to read emails), with two kids this was obviously both a gift and a curse. :) Other than that, we had few issues - all were handled promptly by our contacts. We can definitely recommend Villa Judy. - E.H.

We had an absolutely fantastic vacation. The property was everything we were looking for. Ann was very helpful and answered all of our questions when she stopped by to welcome us on Sunday. We enjoyed the pool the most. We had no issues while we were there which gave us plenty of time for rest and relaxation. We are already looking forward to our next vacation in Cape Coral! - R.H.
