Villa Jordan is a Gulf access pool home in the desirable SW neighborhood of Cape Coral. This great home has a fantastic waterfront view of intersecting canals, a 190' sea wall, and a wood dock with a Tiki hut. The views and sunsets are breathtaking.
With just a bit under 2,500 square feet, this 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath home will surely impress you and your guests. The bright kitchen features modern appliances and an attached breakfast bar. Next to it, there is a lovely decorated dining area that has room for four. The luxuriously furnished living room offers an entertainment center with a large flat-screen HD TV.
The lovingly furnished and decorated master and guest bedrooms will trigger your admiration. HD TVs are available in the master bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms. In the master bath, you will find a jetted tub and a dual-sink vanity with a lowered make-up section and lots of mirrors.

A restful home away from home . . .with benefits! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The exterior welcomed with open arms, saying "come inside." The interior was very well appointed professionally, yet with touches added that gave off the ease to relax and stay. The Master suite was roomy and comfortable, as was the bed. We loved being in the pool area and even did a little caught and release dockside. The surrounding area was so peaceful we had to listen very closely to even hear the woodpeckers at a distance. As always, we did a little look about in the town and even Pine Island . . .the food is good at Captain Con"s and Raggity Ass Saloon . . .they are both worth your time to check out and the local crowd there is full of good humor.
We would return to this spot without any reserve.

What an exciting Florida vacation home ★ ★ ★ ★ ★! It was just as described and then more. When we stepped into the house we found ourselves in a different world. The first class furniture, real carpets, lovely decorations reflect a very high standard rarely found in a vacation home. Of course, we loved lounging in the lanai and swimming in the heated pool. We could not get enough watching the fantastic sunsets. And to top it all off, we rented a motorboat from SWFL-Rentals for a few days for trips to the wonderful beaches of Sanibel Island, Cayo Costa (great for shelling and fishing), and Boca Grande. We left with the promise to come back again.
