Villa Geraldine is a completely renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located in the coveted SE area of Cape Coral. From here, you are minutes away from the Caloosahatchee River – A perfect location for the avid boater.
Enjoy the vaulted ceilings and modern décor throughout the house. The living room offers plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV, along with a desk area for those who may need to get some work done while you’re here. There is also a comfortable sitting area off the entryway.
You’ll feel like you’re the top chef when in the fully equipped kitchen. With stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler and an island complete with a breakfast bar allowing seating for two, it has everything you will need to create your delicious masterpieces.
Villa Geraldine has a split floor plan. The master bedroom is located off the dining room and features two Queen-size beds and a flat-screen TV. Enjoy the pool views through the private sliders that access the lanai. The attached master bathroom will make you think you’ve stepped into a spa, with its oversized, pebbled walk-in show and double-sink vanity.
There are two additional guest bedrooms on the opposite side of the house. One offers two Twin-sized beds and sliders to the lanai, and the other has two Full-sized beds. They both share the second bathroom that doubles as a pool bath and includes a double-sink vanity and shower/tub combination. There are flat screen tv's in every room!
Enjoy that bright Florida sunshine out on the spacious lanai! With Eastern exposure, the early birds will see the beautiful sunrises the area has to offer. The property was incredibly clean and well stocked for our stay. The home is completely remodeled and redecorated with comfortable furniture throughout. The pool was somewhat smaller than we had anticipated, but turned out perfect for our family of 6. The lanai even had a doggie door for our pup who enjoyed the backyard. We rented a boat for 2 of the days we were there and the dock was perfect. Close access to the gulf. The property management team was very helpful and easy to work with. The master shower was amazing and the kitchen was great for cooking our meals. Gas grill was clean and nice to have as well. Newer washer/dryer was perfect and cleaning supplies were helpful. Just one item that I would recommend for those traveling with children. The dishes are all glass/ceramic (very nice), but some pool/child-friendly plastic ware would have been helpful. Overall, the house was clean, comfortable, exceptional bedding, and perfect for our family getaway. - T.B.

Lovely home and great location, house was very clean on arrival. Only a down sides where the pool wasn’t very clean and there wasn’t much room in the bedrooms but overall it was it was nice. - J.B.

Gorgeous interior with contemporary European decor. The dock area on the canal needs work, however, and we were disappointed that we were not able to launch our kayaks from it. Location is convenient to shopping and dining. It’s a bit of a drive to the beaches. Check-in went seamlessly. - H.R.
