Villa Francesca is in the popular Southwest area of Cape Coral. This home has it all! It is walking distance to Cape Harbor Marina, Rumrunners, Fathom’s restaurants, and lots of entertainment plus shopping. The offset garage gives almost a courtyard appearance when you arrive at the home.
Upon entering this luxurious vacation rental, the open floor plan, and exquisite, tasteful decor is apparent. The modern kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you would need to prepare gourmet meals for the entire family. Off the kitchen is a cozy breakfast area with seating for four. The formal dining area offers seating for six. There is high-end furniture throughout the home.
The floor plan allows a large amount of privacy for all of the bedrooms. The master bedroom is located on one side of the house and features a king-size bed and opens to the large lanai. The master bath offers a jetted soaking tub. The large walk-in shower has a larger showerhead and four additional wall-mounted showerheads.
The second guest room is in the front, on the opposite side of the master bedroom. It offers a king-size bed and its own full bath with a granite vanity and a shower/tub combination located right next door.
Villa Francesca’s third guest room is located toward the back and features a king-size bed. The fourth bedroom is located next door and offers a pull-down queen-size Murphy bed. This room offers two sets of pocket sliders and can double as a reading area for adults or a play area for the children by raising the Murphy bed. These two bedrooms share the third bath that features a granite vanity and a large walk-in shower.
The resort-style, saltwater, electric heated pool features a spa and three waterfalls. The view of the canal and sounds of the waterfalls offer a peaceful setting for soaking up the Florida sunshine while enjoying your favorite cocktail. There are two dining areas located in the lanai, one located undercover, which has seating for six and will offer shade for most of the day. The second overlooks the canal and offers seating for four. The outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator and sink offers a great area to make your drinks or prepare meals on the large gas grill. There is also a large flat-screen TV located above the outdoor kitchen. All of these features will allow the family to spend days and evenings outdoors. Enjoy an afternoon cocktail at the tiki situated on the dock as you watch boaters returning from their day spent on the water.
This exclusive villa is only a short drive by boat to the Chiquita lock. From there, you are minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico with its beautiful beaches and hidden coves. Have fun watching the playful dolphins and large schools of tropical fish. The boat dock and boat lift (10’ wide with a 10,000 lbs. capacity set up for v haul) offer plenty of space to dock your boat.

We decided to spend a little more for a larger house and we were not disappointed! Since Covid started we wanted to get away and just chill at a pool. Check in was really easy I like that they offer a phone call in lieu of meeting someone. The house was easy to operate including the spa, lights and fountains. The master bathroom was amazing! And it was great having Publix close by so we could cook lunch and dinner. Hooking up a laptop to watch any of the apps was easy as well. Will definitely be back when visiting Cape Coral. - D.J.

One of the best mini- getaway trips ever! Every step in the entire rental process was seamless and stress free. SWFL Real Estate Services LLC was extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. The owner was very gracious and allowed us a late check out. The property itself was amazing! Lanai and pool area were perfect. The entire home is beautifully decorated and well appointed. Every guest need was thought out in advance and implemented by the owner. Absolutely loved our stay. I can’t recommend this property highly enough. Home and city was beautiful,the only issue i had was that the master bedroom was very hot,room had a sliding door to pool area with no blind covering the sun coming in,tint was not enough,also you can see through to the room so if your dressing or undressing everyone in pool can see you at night with the room light on!You have no control of a.c. it must stay at 72 which is great but not for the master room!The master shower was very difficult to use couldnt figure how to turn on,called and still didnt work,shower was never used,for 8 people it was a struggle!Other than that the home was beautiful! - B.M.
Management Response: Thank you for your feedback, because it is very important to us. The sliders in the master bedroom have pull down shades as featured in the photos for privacy. I am sorry that you had problems with the heat in the bedroom. Pulling down the shades during the day should help, as in the summer the Florida heat can make some rooms hotter than others. Thank you for letting us know about the master bathroom struggles. We can let the check-in team know to be more thorough when going over instructions with tenants when they arrive. Extremely clean! This house was great. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Pool and outdoor dining/kitchen area were perfect for dinners and lunch. Only negative was that there were quite a few burnt out light in the pool/patio area, so it made it hard to see at night. We rented a boat and easily docked. It is about a 35-45 min drive to chiquita lock since it’s a no wake zone but the kids enjoyed steering then. Kitchen was a great size and has plenty of supplies. Publix delivers and is right up the street. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We stayed in due to covid but there seems to be lots of restaurants close by. We will definitely be back! - G.B.
