Villa Ellie Mona has everything you need for a relaxing Florida vacation. Built in 1993 and completed renovated in 2010, this 1,600+ square foot home has brand new furniture, decor, and new tile throughout. It is located in the coveted SW area of Cape Coral and is close to shopping and restaurants.
When entering the house, you will step into the living room with a comfortable seating arrangement and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped new kitchen features new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite kitchen countertops, and an island. Right next to it is a large dining table with seating for six.
The Master Suite features a Queen-size bed, television, and walk-in closet. The attached master bath offers a large tiled shower, a tub, and vanity cabinets with two separate sinks.
The first guest bedroom has access to the lanai through slider doors and offers a Queen-size bed. The second guest bedroom has two Twin beds. Both guest bedrooms share the second bath, which is also conveniently accessible from the lanai. All of the bedrooms offer TVs.
In the large, fully screened lanai, there is an electric heated pool, plenty of seating arrangements for you and your guests, and a gas grill. Palm trees and other tropical plants add to the curb appeal of the well-landscaped yard. Enjoy the neighborhood by bike or kayak; both are available for your use during your stay.
The house is in a very quiet, traffic reduced neighborhood suitable for walking, jogging, or biking, yet centrally located to reach a neighborhood Wal-Mart and Publix grocery store, as well as a variety of restaurants and bars. You can bring or rent a boat, as the house has access to the Gulf of Mexico via the wide canal system of Cape Coral. Of course, you may use the private boat dock. The nearby Cape Coral Parkway gives easy access to the downtown nightlife, Gulf beaches, more shopping centers, golf courses, and much more. This vacation home has everything you need, and we are sure you will enjoy a perfect Florida vacation.

House was everything that it showed. Lots of restaurants, supermarket 1 mile away. You should definitely rent a boat. We would have rated five stars if the pool heater would have worked, 65 degree pool water when we arrived. Management company was great, even sending someone to look at it on Christmas Day. It was replaced and running in time for us to swim on our last day. We would use this management company again if we ever return to Cape Coral. - K.H.

Management response: pools are serviced weekly and if a tenant calls us, we always arrange for the service technician to return or perform a service between the schedules. Unfortunately we had heavy rain during that time, which may have contributed to the problem. Please always call the management company if there is a problem.

The home is very beautiful, spacious, and super clean. The only thing I"d add is curtains on the window in the master bedroom and vertical blinds on the sliding door leading to the pool cause as soon as the sun goes up, it feels like it"s right in the room 😬. Otherwise, the home is perfect. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us.

We had a wonderful time at this house. Very clean and organized when we arrived. We loved the house, loved the location. Canal was great and we used the kayaks often. Lucky enough to see a manatee! The house had absolutely everything we wanted or needed★ ★ ★ ★ ★. The fact that we were able to adjust the pool temperature and pay any overage was very important to us so that was amazing. Emails were answered VERY quickly so that was impressive. Loved, loved, loved! We"ll be back!

Recently we stayed at the Villa Ellie Mona in Cape Coral, Florida. The house certainly exceeded our expectations. It was very clean when we arrived and we found everything we needed for a relaxing holiday was there. The internet and and phone had a couple connection issues but the staff at SWFL Rentals ensured the problem was fixed quickly. The kayaks were an excellent and fun way to explore the canals from a different perspective. The bicycles were also an added bonus ★ ★ ★ ★ ★. We would definitely return to Cape Coral and use SWFL Rentals as our choice for booking.

…. natürlich hat uns unser Urlaub klasse gefallen. :-) Dank einer tollen Betreuung vor Ort!Selbst das Wetter meinte es gut mit uns, auch darüber konnten wir uns nicht beschweren. Ellie Mona liegt angenehm ruhig und dennoch ist man schnell beim einkaufen oder auf dem Weg zum "Festland". Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und fühlten uns sehr wohl.
