Villa Cassina is a classic, recently renovated Florida style vacation home. It is in a quiet yet convenient location in the desirable southwest Cape Coral. The master bedroom offers a King-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The attached master bathroom offers a walk-in shower and a granite countertop vanity.
The second and bedroom offers a Queen-size bed, the third bedroom offers a Full-size bed, and both feature a TV in each. They both share the second full bathroom that has a shower/tub combo. It also serves as the pool bath, giving access to the lanai.

I took my teenage daughter for a quick girls trip. House was great! Super clean. I truly felt like I was home. The outside space by the pool was my favorite part. Lots of seating in the shade and sun. The pool looks bigger in pictures but it was plenty big for us. We did ask for it to be heated but I later learned that it’s only heated during the day therefore loses heat over night. It takes hours ( literally) to heat it up again. My daughter really couldn’t swim til the afternoon. I’m sure the cooler temps outside didn’t help. I could pay extra to keep the heaters running continuously but I was worried that would cost a fortune. All in all great place! Thanks! - B.E.

Regarding the pool - unfortunately when we have such cold weather like we"ve had recently, pool heaters struggle to keep the heat and function properly. Tenants can also use the solar cover at night to help keep in the heat. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay anyway.

Villa Cassina had many positive features. We enjoyed having TVs in all the bedrooms, the towels, etc. were well stocked and of good quality, the second and third bedrooms had plenty of drawer space, and a comfortable size, the owner was very prompt and considerate of any issues we acknowledged. We did enjoy our stay there and the convenience of grocery shopping was helpful. Some improvements would be a new mattress in the master bedroom, as well as, more drawer space for tenants. ★ ★ ★ ★ E.T.

Very clean, everything we needed. Convenient to grocery store (across the street), nice neighborhood. Perfect size for my husband and two kids (19 and 15 years.) Comfortable beds, great pool. In town to visit family, didn"t use grill, oven only once, but everything in kitchen modern and clean. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★

Enjoyed the stay at the Villa Cassina. The house was very clean upon arrival, with comfortable furnishings throughout. Although missing the garage door opener at check-in, SWFL Real Estate Services provided us with a new one right away and the owner surprised us with a gift and apology for the inconvenience. Nice touch! The pool and lanai were in very good condition and we enjoyed our time outside. The house is conveniently located just off major thoroughfares with a Publix and Walgreens nearby. Due to the proximity of major roads, it can be noisy at times, but that was a minor inconvenience. All in all, a nice neighborhood and very pleasant stay. Thank you. ★ ★ ★ ★

Villa Cassina is a beautiful home with a nice pool, lanai and landscaping. It was very convenient to Publix, gas station and the Cape Coral Parkway. The availability of beach chairs, mats, snorkel equipment and bikes was an added plus. I would definitely consider this rental again and highly recommend it to others ★ ★ ★ ★ ★.
