Villa Biserka is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation home with an oversized electric heated pool and extremely spacious lanai located in the quiet area of NE Cape Coral. Here, you are less thane 5 minutes away from Northeast Pine Island Road, which has many shopping centers and restaurants.
The cozy living room features vaulted ceilings and a view of the lanai and pool area through the sliders. Curl up on the couch and watch a movie on the large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is close by and offers all you would need to make meals for the family. The dining table provides seating for five, and the breakfast bar area has two stools available for additional guests.
The master bedroom is located off the living room and features a king-size bed and flat-screen TV. Attached is the master bathroom, which has a shower/tub combination.
The other two guest bedrooms are on the other side of the house, give the family optimum privacy. One bedroom features a queen-size bed with a flat-screen TV, and the other has two twin beds. They both share the second bathroom, which has a shower/tub combination.
Enter the lanai by using the sliders off of the living room. Enjoy your meals poolside by cooking on the grill and eating at the dining table that seats six. Work on your tan by relaxing on the sun loungers, or spend some time in the electric-heated pool. Whatever you like, Villa Biserka’s lanai has room for everyone!

I was happy with Villa Biserka, however I was unaware that I was responsible for the electric at the house. My fee for the week didn’t include the electric but I guess I didn’t read the fine print. It would have been nice if the agent would have mentioned it on the phone when I paid my fee. I agree with another review that stated how it wasn’t relaxing to have to worry about what the air was set on and how warm to set the pool heater. I still haven’t heard what my electric bill even came out to be? Would be nice to know. On a side note the Maintenance man was amazing and very helpful and prompt, a very nice guy. All in all it was a convenient location to my daughters house which was nice. My only complaint would be the electric. The fee alone was not cheap and I feel electric should be included. The electric usage is calculated at the end of your stay, and you will be notified within 2 weeks of your departure date if there was any overage and when your security deposit has been processed. Die Villa Biserka hat uns hervorragend gefallen. Das Haus ist für bis zu sechs Personen exzellent eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Pool und der Terassenbereich laden zum Chillen ein! Vom Haus selbst kann man mit dem Auto alles super erreichen. Wir waren zwei Wochen hier und würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Wirklich absolut nur zu empfehlen! - C.M.
Translation: We really liked the Villa Biserka. The house is excellently furnished for up to six people. Everything is there that you need and furnished with great attention to detail. The pool and the terrace area invite you to chill out! From the house itself you can easily reach everything by car. We were here for two weeks and would come back anytime! Really absolutely recommendable!

Klasse Urlaub in klasse Haus! Wir waren im September für 2,5 Wochen zu Viert im Haus. Für mich war es das erste Mal USA und nach diesem Urlaub auch definitiv nicht das letzte Mal. Die Villa bietet genug Platz um problemlos 6 Leute unterzubringen, zu Viert hatten wir dementsprechend natürlich sehr viel davon. Mit dem Mietauto war alles sehr schnell erreicht, da die sehr ruhige Wohngegend eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung bietet. Highlight der Villa ist der fantastische Salzwasserpool mit der gemütlichen Terrasse, die sehr dazu verleitet den ganzen Tag auf eben dieser zu verbringen. Wir haben alle die Reise sehr genossen, und freuen uns bereits sehnsüchtig auf unseren nächsten Urlaub in der Villa Biserka. - D.B.
Translation: Great vacation in a great house! There were four of us in the house for 2.5 weeks in September. For me it was the first time in the USA and after this vacation it was definitely not the last time. The villa offers enough space to easily accommodate 6 people, so the four of us had a lot of it. Everything was reached very quickly with the rental car, as the very quiet residential area offers very good transport links. The highlight of the villa is the fantastic salt water pool with the cozy terrace, which tempts you to spend the whole day on it. We all enjoyed the trip very much and are looking forward to our next vacation at Villa Biserka.
