Villa Ashlyn has a magnificent view of the water and is the perfect place to enjoy relaxation and make your stay in Florida simply perfect! The house is nestled in a tropical garden and located in a quiet yet convenient area close to shopping centers, family restaurants, and grocery stores, all within a few minutes’ drive.
This bright and welcoming 2200 sq. ft. house offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The comfortable living room is great for entertaining company or watching your favorite movies on the flat-screen TV available. Relax with a coffee or a good book in the family room and enjoy the view from sliders that lead out to the lanai.
The open kitchen is furnished with all the usual appliances and offers an adjacent breakfast bar for four people. The formal dining room is off the entrance and has seating for six.
The large master bedroom features a King-size bed and a flat-screen TV. Leave the private sliders open at night and fall asleep to the sound of the canal. The master bathroom offers a double sink vanity, a Jacuzzi tub, and a large walk-in shower.
The two guest bedrooms offer Queen-size beds, and they both share the second bathroom.
The large lanai is furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture, making it a perfect location for family members or friends. The electric heated pool and spa were built in 2013 and will give you hours of perfect relaxation. Cook your food on the available grill, and enjoy your meals poolside.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Everything worked properly and there wasn"t a time that we didn"t have something we needed or wanted. My only regret is that we were unable to use the pool for the first few days because it was too cold. Turns out there was an email in my inbox asking if we wanted it preheated. I missed it. I would have said yes, of course. Nobody wants a cold pool. :-). Luckily the hot tub heated up fast and we were able to use it right away. - J.H.

We had an excellent experience at this property. We travel almost every year but with Covid19 going on, this year our priority was finding a place where we could bring our Westie, spend the days poolside with a beautiful view, and cook some good meals/order some excellent takeout. This home delivered on all three. The house was spotlessly clean. The kitchen is big and spacious with new appliances, the pool was the perfect temperature, and the furniture was super comfy. We have visited the Cape Coral/Fort Myers/Sanibel area before, and it"s one of our favorite areas on the West coast to visit. We will definitely be back. :) - K.A.

Some friends and I stayed at Villa Ashlyn for a short staycation, the property is beautiful and the location ideal. It’s nestled in a beautiful quiet neighborhood right on the water and very close to local beaches and shopping. The pool and spa were fantastic and it was a great relaxing getaway. We did experience a small maintenance issue that was outside of anyone’s control, but the property manager and owner handled it quickly and painlessly. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great Florida getaway set away from the hustle and bustle of heavily tourist filled areas. - J.P.

What a great place to get away from the winter cold! Four patio doors out to the lanai overlooking the broad canal blended indoors with outdoors. High ceilings and many ceiling fans gave any airy feeling to the large living space. Only a 12 minute drive to Pine Island and Matlacha Isles where great restaurants provide fresh fish meals and music. The house is in a quiet residential area, not far from main roads. We loved being there and would definitely enjoy returning. - S.T.

Nice location, a lot of amenities, everything you can think of was available. Lots of towels, sheets and extra blankets. Everything in the kitchen for cooking, even wine glasses, bottle opener, candles, etc. loved the view on the canal. First two days we arrived it was cold, so took advantage of the hot tub. Even if you are going to the beach, there are chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, located in the garage. You literally don"t need to bring anything. Nice big house, hugh kitchen and great room for entertaining. Owners responded immediately when I had a question regarding the pool temperature, they are able to set the temp on there phones. Not quite luxury, but very nice set up with all of the amenities our family needed - pool, spa, dock. Location was convenient enough for us to take day trips to Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel/Captiva, and Pine Island. Plenty of space for kids to hang out and owner was responsive when we needed help figuring out the pool system. Would recommend confirming a boat rental well in advance - all the boat rentals we checked were booked. Definitely recommended for quiet family vacation.
