Villa Alexa is a beautifully renovated vacation home (including a brand new pool heater and air conditioning!), perfectly suited for a larger family or couples with kids traveling together. It is located in the SW Cape's quiet and desirable neighborhood with convenient boat access to the Gulf of Mexico and its many tropical islands, beautiful beaches, and hidden coves. The nearest beach at Cape Coral Yacht Club is just 10 minutes away by car and Ft. Myers and Sanibel Island's beaches, about 30 to 35 minutes.
Living Room: Villa Alexa features vaulted ceilings and has a split floor plan. Relax in the large family room, which features two large couches, two recliner chairs, and a large flat-screen TV.
Dining Room: The formal dining room is right next to the kitchen and offers seating for six and an almost full view of the lanai with the heated pool, spa and beautiful canal.
Kitchen: The open layout of the fully furnished kitchen with all necessary appliances leaves virtually nothing to be desired. The attached breakfast bar is convenient for a family breakfast or a quick bite on the run.
Master Bedroom Suite: The master bedroom features a king-size bed and double sliding doors to the lanai, as well as a flat-screen TV. The master bath offers a cabinet with two sinks, a large bathtub, and a shower.
Guest Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The second and third bedrooms feature Queen-size beds, and the fourth has two Twin beds. The guest bedrooms share the second bath with a bathtub/shower combination, which also serves as the pool bath.
Lanai/Pool/Dock: Enjoy your company on the lanai, which offers two dining tables, two lounge chairs, and a gas grill. The pool and spa with a brand-new electric heater will give you plenty of opportunities to enjoy the Florida sun. The sun deck at the extra-wide Gulf access canal is perfect for sun tanning or fishing. Enjoy watching motor yachts drifting along the canal on their way to the Gulf Islands, or grab your cup of coffee in the morning to watch the sunrise.

This property was perfect for a family get away. There were plenty of beds and space. After spending the mornings at the beaches Captiva/Sanibel - it was nice to come back to the house to have the kids either fish from the dock or have a dip in the pool. Enjoyed the property. Did have an issue with the microwave being broken but didnt know until we went to use it. But called maintenance and they were very quick in trying to resolve the issue. Unfortunately we werent able to use the microwave the whole time. Other then that the pool was clean and the area was beautiful. House was exactly as pictured. - K.E.
