Villa Alecia is a wonderful vacation home that will give you a comfortable feeling the minute you arrive. It is centrally located in the heart of Cape Coral and is conveniently close to shopping centers and a variety of restaurants. You are also only a short ride away from local movie theaters, Cape Coral's Sun Splash water park, and many other local attractions.
Living Room & Family Room: The living room is comfortably furnished and provides plenty of seating for your friends and family to gather and offers a flat-screen TV. There is an additional family room with another large flat-screen TV, which is perfect for movie nights.
Dining Room: There is a formal dining area that offers seating for six and has a view of the pool and canal through the sliders.
Kitchen: The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space for you to prepare memorable meals.
Master Suite: The master bedroom features a king-size bed and private access to the lanai and also has a TV for you to enjoy. The attached master bathroom features an ample walk-in shower.
Guest Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The first guest bedroom has a Queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, walk in closet, and also offers sliding doors to access the lanai with direct pool access. The second guest bedroom also features a queen bed, flat-screen TV and walk in closet. Both guest bedrooms share the second bathroom with dual vanities and a large walk-in shower, which doubles as a pool bath.
Lanai/Pool/Dock: The spacious lanai offers an outdoor space with poolside dining available, perfect for entertaining or just sitting back and relaxing. The amazing waterfront views will provide a wonderful backdrop for photos to bring back home. The pool is electric-heated; after taking a dip, you can make your way down to the dock to enjoy the lovely Florida sunsets. If you'd like to go exploring, use the two adult bikes available to ride through the neighborhood.

From booking to checkout the process was seamless. SWFL rentals were great to work with as well as BRBO! Villa Alexis was well equipped with all the amenities amenities needed while on vacation. The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location close to beaches and other activities. This property had water pressure like you wouldn’t believe! The only thing I would recommend is the use of non slip rugs in the bathroom. The rug that was in the bathroom with an exit to the pool area was extremely slick on the floor, my daughter slid on it and fell, but was not injured so be careful. Thank you for the use of this wonderful property for our vacation, we look forward to a third trip to Cape Coral and booking through VRBO. - J.B.

We chose this house because of the big pool. My daughter and a few of her friends enjoyed swimming in the pool, and sitting on the dock feeding the turtles and ducks. She wanted a vacation for her 16th birthday. The beds and furniture is very comfortable. Highly recommend this house. - J.P.
