This house is in an affluent and quiet area in the SW Cape, with a short connection to many great restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. The minute you enter this beautifully decorated Cape Coral vacation villa, you will understand why people come to Florida from all over the world.
Through the front door, you are greeted by an airy floor plan. To the left, you will find a game room, which has an air hockey table that converts to a pool table for hours of fun! To the right, you will find a formal dining room with seating for six.
The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with anything you could need, featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is also a breakfast bar with seating for four, which is excellent for a quick breakfast or brunch. Adjacent is a second dining area, which seats six for your family dinner.
Outside on the lanai, you will enjoy your very own tropical oasis, complete with an electric and solar heated saltwater pool and spa. This area features plenty of outdoor furniture to entertain friends and family and is equipped with a flat-screen TV. While enjoying the tranquil atmosphere, relax or fire up the grill in the separate outside dining area and BBQ some great steaks for dinner. You won't find a retreat more serene than the master bedroom, which is decorated in tranquil, soft colors and offers a king-sized bed. The en-suite master bathroom has a Jack-and-Jill sink and vanity, a soaking tub, and a separate shower. Leave the sliders ajar at night to allow for the soft breeze to lull you to sleep from the lanai.
All three guest bedrooms feature a queen-sized bed each. All guest bedrooms share the second bathroom, which features a tub/shower and single-sink vanity. This bathroom doubles as the pool bath.

Great getaway! ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆
Our family of 5 which includes 3 teenagers enjoyed this house. Everyone had their own bedroom and the living space was large enough that we didn’t feel cramped. The pool/spa were awesome and the air hockey/pool table along with the board games were a nice touch to keep us busy when lounging at home. The only thing that the listing said it had was TV’s in each room which it did not have. Wasn’t a huge deal. My only suggestion would be to have the house equipped with some basic cooking items such as salt/pepper, sugar, flour, ketchup, mustard. We only stayed one week so wouldn’t have used much of those items and didn’t pay for us to buy them. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back! - T.G.
Management Reply: Hi Tracy, and thank you for your feedback. It"s very important to us. I am sorry that the number of TVs in the house did not match the description. The owners are planning on getting additional TVs, but were delayed in getting them. We will update the description to reflect that. We can appreciate the idea of having basic cooking items at the house for shorter stays, however, with COVID, we are unable to keep these types of things at the house, as the cleaners must dispose of anything left behind after each stay. We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay, and we are grateful that you too the time to share your experience with us!

This house was even better than we thought! When we walked in it even smelled good. There were bikes, beach chairs, pool accessories and coolers all for us to use. The owner was so willing to share all that he had. We will definitely stay here again! - S.M.
