Living Room: The open floor plan allows everyone to enjoy each other's company, no matter what space you are using. The living room has ample seating providing two inviting leather sofas and a large flat-screen TV. Perfect for a movie night! The large glass slider provides you with direct access to the spacious lanai and pool area.
Dining Room: The dining room offers a place for the family to discuss and relive the day's activities together with a table set for six.
Kitchen: The bright and spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with anything you could need, featuring new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite kitchen countertops, a wine cooler, and an integrated breakfast bar with additional seating perfect for brunch or a bite on the go.

The second guest bedroom offers a Queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower. Lanai/Pool/Dock: You will no doubt spend most of your time by the pool. The spacious lanai offers a beautiful waterfront view and a saltwater electric-heated pool. Property is only a year old or so, Very clean and fresh. Pool was awesome. Was hesitant about "salt water" but it really was only about as salty as saline solution for your eyes. So like natural tears. Pool was warm and the cover was easy to remove and well worth putting it back on when it cooled down at night. Beds are very soft, so just note that. Nice foam mattresses but they are soft. House water is very strong chlorine taste, so I"d suggest drinking water to bring in. was fine for cooking and everything, just did not taste good. Note because it"s all tile flooring, the living area is very loud, and you can hear every little thing in each of the bedrooms, even quiet whispers. Ear plugs might be in order if that"s an issue where others stay up. Neighborhood is still growing, so there was lots of construction going on and vehicles, but the location was close to many things. Actual beaches are farther away, but lots of other amenities. The property managers were great, and communication was great. I"d definitely recommend it to anyone. - M.Z.

We stayed in this beautiful home for a week in Feb. Clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed. We drove to Sanibel Island , Pine Island and around Fort Meyers and Coral Caples with no issues. The pool was lovely and outdoor living was set up nicely. They have 2 paddleboards and 2 kayaks for enjoyment in the canal behind the house. You will not be disappointed in this lovely home. - L.C.

Great place, very accommodating to the guests with pool toys, floats, and games! The only complaint that we had was the constant alarm on the slider to the pool that was extremely loud every time you open the door. Otherwise, great house! - A.B.

We had the pleasure of staying at Casa Del Sol. It is a spacious, immaculate four- bedroom home with modern decor. This home has plenty of indoor and outdoor living areas and comes complete with bicycles, kayaks, and paddle boards for guests to use. The kitchen is well-stocked with anything you could possibly need, and the laundry room was very convenient to have. All of the bedrooms were a good size with plenty of storage. The pool area was a hit with our group, and the kids spent a lot of time out there. The colorful lights in he pool made it even more beautiful at night. There was even a tv on the patio for those who didn"t swim. The location of this home was close to restaurants and grocery stores, and it was with in driving distance of many of Florida"s gorgeous beaches. You will not regret renting this beautiful home for your vacation! - L.D.

Can’t say enough great things about this beautiful home and the attention to details. From the moment you enter, you experience a tranquility moment of calm, relaxation with all the unique beautiful blue colors of the sea in the decor while looking out over the beautiful pool and views of the canal from the living area! The leather sectional is phenomenal with its recliners built in as you watch movies on a large screen tv. The kitchen is fully stocked and is gorgeous with all its features. Love the separate wine refrigerator and how the kitchen is open to the living area. Makes it so nice to be able to see and talk to everyone. Great place to hang out at the kitchen bar or sit down at the beautiful dinner table overlooking the pool and canal! But, it doesn’t stop there! Each bedroom is like a personalized retreat with its own unique tranquility theme of the sea. The master bath is spacious with a soaking tub and separate shower. So nice to have the Master bedroom separate from the other bedrooms! Love that the kids had their own bathroom! It made it so convenient that you could go in and out to the pool from one of the bathrooms. It really helped in keeping the floors clean. The pool is so beautiful and we absolutely loved the outdoor seating area with the tv and outdoor refrigerator! We also enjoyed walking down to the floating dock on the canal. Saw wildlife…unique birds, iguanas and a Florida gator! The owners were super to work with! Can’t wait to go back this summer!! - M.H.
