Villa Zoey is a beautifully large, two-story home, including a non-heated pool on a direct sailboat access canal. This vacation villa is spacious and comfortable, perfect for all. Kick back and stream a movie in the large living room, or use any of your devices with the free WiFi throughout the home. Whether you are trying to disconnect and be more family-oriented or just looking to relax and enjoy your quiet family time, you could not imagine anything better for your well-deserved vacation. There is plenty of space for you and your traveling companions to enjoy.Living Room: Upon entering through the double front doors, you are greeted with an open floor plan and vaulted ceilings. To the right, you will find the living room where you can enjoy your favorite movies on the flat-screen TV, plush sofas, and chairs. Catch up on your reading in the family room, located upstairs. You can curl up on one of the many couches to watch some TV. If board games are more to your liking, you'll find all the classics here. Then, at night's end, retire into the comforts of your private room. The family room also features a breakfast nook with additional seating for four.
Kitchen/Dining Room: The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space to create memorable meals for your friends and loved ones. The dining room offers a table set for six. In addition, you can enjoy the view with a second set of large glass sliders that provides you direct access to the spacious lanai and pool area.
Master Bedroom/Bathroom: The master bedroom is on the second floor, and features a King-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The attached master bathroom suite features a jetted tub and a walk-in shower. Perfect for melting away stress!
