Conveniently located in the wildly popular SE area of Cape Coral, you are moments away from "Downtown" Cape Coral with many restaurants, bars, and shops. Don't forget the many beautiful gulf shore beaches, too! Fort Myers Beach and Captiva and Sanibel Islands are within minutes, and Venice, Bonita Springs, Englewood, and Marco Island are about an hour's drive from Cape Coral.

Living Room & Family Room: The open floor plan is ideal for spending time together as it combines the living room and dining room into one ample space. From here, you have an impressive view of the lanai and pool through the wide double sliding glass doors. If you're looking for a quiet place to read or enjoy your morning cup of coffee, the family room, with TV, adjacent to the kitchen is perfect!

Dining Room: The dining area is located adjacent to the kitchen and open to the living room and offers seating for four.

Kitchen: The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a stress-free vacation, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and other culinary conveniences. There is also a breakfast bar with additional seating, which is excellent for a quick breakfast or cup of coffee.

Master Suite: The master bedroom is found off of the dining room and features a King-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the lanai through the sliders. The ensuite, master bathroom includes a walk-in shower, as well as a double-sink vanity and ample closet space.

Guest Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The other two bedrooms are off of the family room on the opposite side of the house from the Master. One of the bedrooms offers a King-size bed, and the other offers two Twin-size beds. The second, full bathroom includes a shower/tub combination and two separate vanities.
 
Lanai/Pool/Dock: Enjoy your time with family and friends on the spacious lanai, which offers an amazing waterfront view. The highly desired, southern exposure pool can be heated by the sun or by the electric heater, based on your preference. The area surrounding the pool includes loungers and other seating so you can work on your Florida tan! (PLEASE NOTE: The hot tub in photos is no longer available). The outdoor living space boasts a propane grill, a dining table and other seating areas for your comfort and enjoyment! There is also a mini-fridge on the lanai to keep your beverages and snacks cool and handy! You can even watch your favorite show on the large flat-screen TV in the comfort of the outdoors. PLEASE NOTE: The boat lift will not be available after September 2023, however you are free to use the dock and moor to the sea wall if you would like.

Throughout the day, the backyard is a fantastic backdrop to challenge your friends and family to a game of bocce, lawn darts, ladder golf, badminton, or cornhole. Indoors you'll find all the classics such as Monopoly, Yahtzee, Uno, and many more. Feeling adventurous, try fishing from the dock (some equipment provided), exploring the neighborhood on the bikes, or if you choose to venture out into the canals, a stand-up paddle board and kayak are also available! And don’t forget to make your way down to the dock where more seating beckons you to watch the breathtaking Florida sunsets!
