Villa Karen is a beautiful 3-bedroom 2.5 bath home in the Southwest of Cape Coral on the spreader canal with direct gulf access canals. This home is a NO smoking home and does not allow events. Families are preferred. Pride in ownership is apparent in every detail of the house.Living Room: Features a quadruple stadium reclining sofa and two accent chairs and a large flat-screen TV. There is an office featuring a desk with built-in shelving for vacationers who need to stay in touch.
Kitchen/Dining Room: The fully-equipped kitchen offers new sleek black appliances, granite countertops, and a convenient center island perfect for preparing family meals. The formal dining area is off the kitchen with a glass slider to the lanai.
Master Bedroom/Bathroom: Villa Karen offers a split floor plan with a master suite, highlighted by a beautiful four-poster King-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a private slider opening to the lanai.
Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: There is a guest bedroom at the front of the home with a Queen-size bed. The second guest bedroom is in the back of the house and has a Queen-size bed and access to the lanai. These two guest bedrooms share a guest bath with double sinks and a tub/shower combination.
Pool/Lanai/Dock: The fully screened-in lanai has a large, electric heated pool and spa, an outdoor kitchen complete with a TV and outdoor speakers to enjoy music for days spent out on the spacious lanai. There are two dining areas located on the lanai. Four lounge chairs are ideally located to enjoy relaxing in the Florida sunshine. You will enjoy the view of the wide intersecting canal with mangroves located across the way in both directions. Many of Florida wildlife make their homes among these mangroves. There is also an outdoor shower and half bath for your convenience.
There are two bicycles in the garage for those who want to explore the surrounding neighborhood. This home is a 10-minute drive to the stores and restaurants of Cape Harbour, where you can enjoy waterfront dining at its best or browse the unique boutique stores.
