Welcome to Villa Charlotte! This family-and-pet-friendly 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa with almost 1,800 square feet of living space is on a wonderfully maintained property with tropical landscaping. It is beautifully renovated and ideally suited for a larger family or couples with kids traveling together. There are many charming quilts handmade by the owner throughout the home. It is in a quiet NE Cape Coral neighborhood with virtually equal distances to the famous Gulf islands Boca Grande off Port Charlotte and Sanibel Island/Fort Myers Beach. It is also close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers.

Living Room/Den: The living room is furnished with comfortable couches, one of which converts into a sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for a family movie night! From here, you have an impressive view of the lanai and pool through the wide sliding glass doors. The open floor plan allows everyone to enjoy each other's company, no matter what space you are using. If you're looking for a quiet place to read or enjoy your morning cup of coffee, the den area off the living room is perfect. In the den, you will find a desk and additional seating available to use for those who need to get some work done while away from home. There are plenty of board and card games to keep you and your loved ones entertained for hours!

Dining Room: The formal dining area is to the left of the entrance, featuring a modern dining set with seating for six.
 
Kitchen: Make all your meals in the fully equipped, updated kitchen. The kitchen offers plenty of counter space with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and even a margarita maker for some extra fun!
 
Master Bedroom/Bathroom: The master bedroom is found off the living room and features a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The attached master bathroom suite includes a soaking tub and walk-in shower, as well as a double-sink vanity.
 
Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: The additional guest bedrooms are on the other side of the house for optimal privacy. One bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed, and the other offers two twin-size beds perfect for the kids! They both share the second bathroom, which has a shower/tub combination.
 
Lanai/Pool: You will no doubt spend most of your time by the pool! Villa Charlotte's offers a fenced-in yard with lush tropical landscaping, making you feel as if you are in your private oasis. There is a spacious lanai that features a saltwater electric-heated pool and spa with Western exposure. You can end your evenings with a delicious barbeque with a grill available for use and eat at the dining table by the pool with room for four. Work on your Florida tan on the two zero gravity chairs available. Enjoy the separate lounge area with plenty of seating for your friends and loved ones.
